The “Smile Cars Safety Promise” is a determined resolution from all of us at Smile Cars to keep every one of our customers and employees safe. We have taken several safety measures across all aspects of the self-driven cars rental experience. Vehicles rented from us, in line with our promise, are sanitized with best practices recommended by health authorities to ensure safety. We also have our employees follow the mandatory use of the Aarogya Setu app.
At the Rental Desk/Reception
- Clear social distancing floor markings
- Hand sanitizers made available for easy and frequent use
- Employees provided with masks and gloves
- Counter-screens at the interaction desks
- Enhanced cleaning of desks and “high-contact” surfaces
At the pickup station
- Employees follow and encourage social distancing

Returning the vehicle
